Just thought I’d create a thread specific to Tiehms and any that have queries about if its an issue or not for INR.
The link below is regarding scientific studies conducted by INR on Tiehms. Management are confident the mine can go ahead while preserving the plant.

Media releases also reference FWS court documents saying INR do not pose a threat to the plant.
The above science report shows success in both propagation and growth of Tiehms in varied soil types.
INR are working with FWS and BLM to form a conservation plan for the plant. Therefore it can be monitored by the relevant authorities while mine project can continue.
