Well pointed out. Very factual from my belief (I won't say sources, because that sounds like ramping) - But the deal was done with everyone protected in mind, in my belief. BPT now has big Delhi assets, now paid for by Tipton, as a co. they are now debt free, and everything else we know about the company is a bonus on the current SP.
It is simply, IMO, being bought up and the 'who' buying up want to buy at a price on their terms, therefore their current volume gives them the capability to nail the head price for that they want to buy it for. The Oppies are hard work at present but I believe the big accumul'trs will create a further buy up to those levels
Purely my opinion, DYOR and any other acronyms I should put in place after that.
