Hi Squeaks, To an extent , how this pans out will depend on who is in the 20%. Their business model had produced , in my opinion , a somewhat bureaucratic, inward looking work force, and their cost structures were not sustainable. Probably where they should have started, then worked their way out to the advisors. Went hard and fast on the advisors, and it will lkely cost them more now , especially if you include the effect on brand damage . If the new management can improve morale , maybe by shifting the feelings of angst onto the old , might still work out. cheers
