Will the same AJQ Board members make up the larger component of the new company's board? Will they then use the DGR HQ for their base as the other daughter subs, including SOLG to a degree, and then pay DGR a rental fee for use of their office, equipment, etc? I can see Mather putting his hand up for another 2.., 3.. or $400,000 p/a because "he thinks he's is worth it!" Then they will all sit around the office and shuffle paper referring to one company and attend Board and management meetings before moving onto the next company, etc. Poor old Karl would have had trouble keeping these paper and electronic piles, emails, plans & releases separate from each other and because their may be a conflict of interest would not be able to tell one board member the other company's secrets (boy is this confusing.....). Haven't we been told repeatedly that they cannot release information concerning one company even if it affects DGR and it's shareholders. I wonder whether Mather and other board and executive members actually keep a time diary, separate of course, to reflect how much time they actually spend per day, week, month to justify payments from all these separate companies. They do release the amount of times they attend individual board meetings, scheduled probably at the same venue but at different times, if not the same day Of course it may be only a few people (receptionist and Karl) actually turning up at the head office and the rest are all working from their home offices. Mather does most of his media teleconferences from his home office so why not stay there for the rest of the time as well. Can't jump on a plane anymore to attend the various mining conferences throughout the world.

One final comment: Karl has always been very helpful when I have spoken to him. Possibly he will remain on as Secretary for all the other daughter subsidiary companies which are mostly based in Australia. SOLG would have been a pain in his rear with dealing all the matters in the UK, Canada, Ecuador and Australia. The time lines alone would have been extremely demanding. Let someone else take on that load of work. Wishing him all the best. Lets hope SOLG continues on-wards and up-wards and DGR also starts to catch up in the momentum.
