Bega's anti-takeover covenant expires this year (August?) and it seems inevitable there will be acquisition interest, in whole or in part, plus shareholders simply interested in accumulating above the current limit. This will prompt consideration of strategic shareholdings and all that kind of manoeuvring. I anticipate this will drive the SP up later this year and into next
