More then a few times people on HC have been suggesting that BLG will do a Cap raising. Their are only 2 types of Cap raisings. rights issues or share purchase plans.

Also I have some users on my skype that were assuming that BLG Directors didnt take up there options because a rights issue must be around the corner, they were assuming that is why they didnt take it up.

I myself was getting worried the early part of this week and was very close to hitting the sell button, luckly I decided to put in some buy orders instead.
