How much can the company raise thru SPP?
They can give each shareholder a max. allocation of $10,000 if no SPP was offered over a certain time period in the past.
I am guessing but assuming we have 3000 takers.
That would raise only $30m--not even enough to complete half the plant in Msia.
SPP would benefit the shareholders only if there is someone willing to lend us another few hundred millions after the share placement to existing shareholders.
Otherwise, as so many have rightly said, the price would be in the 20s.
It is nice to think we are worth much more.
But until someone else is willing to put up another higher offer, I am grateful for whatever there is right now.
