    Why give away assets near the bottom of the market? I would rather they tough it out and we see 50+c.

    Offers so far have been opportunistic by the same vultures that are sitting on a branch nearby waiting and hoping the banks accelerate the loans and they can swoop down and pick the eyes out.

    Even a 400pt premium and/or free options would be better than rolling over.
