Ok beautiful people, as promised here is a post on our Guadalupito Andalusite and Mineral Sands Project that has been shelved for a number of years that could be ripe now for a huge added value to our Company.
Since I suspect many holders do not know about Guadalupito and are only aware of our recently discussed projects, I thought it might be good to start a new thread where we can have all research about projects in one place for a quick reference. What is the Guadalupito Andalusite and Mineral Sands Project? why is it ripe now for a JV or TO in my opinion? What is the project worth stand alone?
Guadalupito Andalusite and Mineral Sands Project is a project we have situated in Northern Peru. It already has a 1.3Bt JORC inferred resource with potential for to upgrade to 5Bt. It has a scoping study done minimum 15 year mine life but with resource potential for in excess of 50 years.

Apparently we have REE ( more details below) which is a hot commodity nowadays and Andalusite is in demand mainly in China. You will also see from the report below that we are recognized as one of the major owners of Andalusite reserves.
VALUATION
Guadalupito Andalusite and Mineral Sands Project is a project we've had since 2011. In 2013 we had an independent company,
BCP Equities, do a valuation with NPV. The NPV came at 35c heavily risked and $1.39 unrisked for Guadalupito alone. Now I don't know how many shares on offer at the time of the study so we can't take the figures in today's valuation until we can get our hands on the Valuation report. I will be asking the company for the report next week.

It has the potential to be a world class project , andalusite mineral content, magnetite, Ilmenite, rutile, zircon, garnets, apatite and guess what?
