and I'm surprised that CVC could pick up Stella just yet.
It was inevitable but still comes as a jolt.
Gold Coast Stella sold out to faceless/placeless PE.
So many questions raised about the demise remain unanswered.
CVC claim against OCV is released though and makes me wonder why?

Does this mean that if OCV is found to be insolvent before
collapse that CVC has moved on Stella and therefore has removed disclosure re Stella that might have followed?

Does this mean that OCV was not insolvent and CVC has the green light to move on Stella?

Will the Brisbane Supreme Court decision that we are waiting on make a decision re insolvency or not?

Deloitte must have some idea and have negotiated this deal.

Creditors’ don’t want details or court cases they just want sales and deals. Stella sold with a deal attached. There are no directors or shareholders left asking questions.

I will take an interest in PIFs endeavors in the Federal court but they wont ask shareholders' questions.

I gave up on share value but expected more to be explained for a public company that sat frozen on ASX site for over a year.

Public companies are not very public are they?
Shareholders may hold worthless paper but they still should hold some rights to know such details..imo.

What is a share and Loan note agreement?
I suppose the creditors will get the shares?
and being lenders offer loans too.
I am really disappointed.
