Agree, a non holder 'altruistic' poster who has turned up out of the blue to bag the business and its future prospects.  Doesn't bother to engage in more balanced conversation, just puts the boot in.  

The numbers are cherry picked to fit his scathing narrative. MYOB was never core. the Churn rate is pretty decent considering the business disruption and also is likely to fall as the business continues to move towards providing the larger netsuite ERP offering to more established businesses (stickier and of which are less likely to shut up shop).

The basic lack of understanding and research into the Riyo product shines through with an lacklustre locksmith example.

Given Riyo and Spectrum (JCS Asia) both had price tags of circa $1m (when including purchase price and other milestone payments) $4m would provide reasonable leverage in this space to drive decent growth, especially in the current business climate.

Not entirely sure what motive one could have other than a large chip on the shoulder as you mentioned @CaymanCeltic.
