Hi HWGA as always, always appreciate and respect everything you say, I also appreciate your candour and especially your dogged resolve, I have no idea why FBR hasn't grabbed you as their PR guy, I say that in the highest respect, you would double FBR's shareprice. Or even a higher position, you would do far better job, than the current noob.

If government could fund manufacturing that would be awesome, if they could sign builders to commit to long production runs, that would be awesome too, anything would be awesome, I hope that today they break some records in lay time, the best thing would be management were professional, I sit and wait in hope.
