Two sub. holders recently increased holdings to greater than 10%. 10% is considered to be a blocking stake to any t/o. The Board of Directors have many years of experience and look like they are near retirement age. It will take 10years+ to bring this to production and will probably need one of the majors like Santos, WPL and so on to fund it and do it.
IPB just needs to drill that $15m well to prove up that $1bn asset and the oil fairway There are no other assets as other leases have been relinquished. Santos is right next door.
Work programs are still active.
Quay has the upper hand.
IPB is a sitting duck now and I am holding on for the ride.
