positive property sentiments

looks like the drought might be breaking....in Northern Vic/ Nsw Border past 3 months they have had double the average rainfall...its only 85 mls for April, 74 May and they had 34 this week along....so after 15-20 years of drought...its looking promising....although the weir is down to 11% like its 89% empty.....
green shoots...I hope so....this will stir the cockys up, put smiles on the farmers faces....and they will start employing and spending money again...its good for the community.....
and good for the housing market...
