I had the impression that wyllies were brought in as a cornerstone investor for the long haul, with board representation and a view to the long term. As a substantial shareholder i believe if they were to sell down their holding they would be required to lodge a change of substantial holder notice within 2 days
I would be suprised if they felt the need to sell part of their holding
