So how casn they be cheap when they are 6.5 cents and the SP says they should be 2 cents.

I don't see how the word cheap can have two meanings. Leverage through the options does not mean the options are cheap. It still means the options are expensive at current prices but through leverage the return will be better for options than the shares - provided the shares move up.

Nothing indicates anyone wants to pay up for the shares.

At current SP sentiment the options should be 2 - 4 cents max.
