We should also expect them to offload parts of the business that do not fit with their plans.
Hopefully this will result in a special dividend or a capital return, the latter I do not want. Possibly a share buyback to hopefully reduce any dilution from the original purchase and capital raise.
This I think is highly likely as would be welcomed quite favourably by the market.
