My interpretation (IMO) of this part of the agreement allows CAY to be able to sign up with one or more technical and financial partners and bypass the MoU stage, obviously if the other parties are willing to also before the ML is granted. If there are companies sniffing around keen to take our product then there is an opportunity to get in now if they want. The condition placed on CAY is they have to take something to the table before they can be awarded the ML anyway, so I don't think it is too far off.
