There is a huge amount of scientific literature on CNT and concrete. AFAIK EDE is the only organisation that has ever claimed to have 'solved' the dispersion problem (but have never provided any independent proof such as papers in scientific journals). Everybody else seem to think it is still a major problem.
CNT is it's natural state looks like this. Massively tangled.
