Oh yeah. I was reminded tonight that Barry O'Farrell cannot remember meetings with James Packer or gifts of Penfolds Grange. Funny that I mentioned planning laws in NSW this afternoon and up it popped on 4 Corners tonight. Certainly looked fascist to me.
Innocent until proven guilty I believe is the Rule of Law. If you know something as fact fess up or forever hold your tongue.
BTW scott free has a new meaning under Federal Law these days.
