It would be a miracle if Novartis takeover and boot the CEO out... I think a lot of shareholders would run for the hills and the price would tank too if that happened.
Much more likely Novartis sign the deal and there is no takeover IMO, then another deal happens this year with another company on the Heart Failure, then another on back pain... and each time the share price jumps up by an order of magnitude
The price the CEO and board of directors are paid...... has nothing to do with the current share price causing your misery ?
Name another CEO who has succeeded in achieving FDA approval for MSC therapy ?.... I think Silviu will be first in history.
