Circa $18m market cap
Recent deal will give $6m cash for Sturec drilling and $9m of Winsome shares to be distributed as a specie dividend,
One might argue that Sturec assets are currently being valued at $3m. This is clearly incorrect I am expecting a massive re-rate here very soon.
The $6m will allow a huge amount of drilling at Sturec potentially taking MTC to the point where it is taken out for a large number.
This is a buy
