I've been following PIL and had investments in PIL for 6 years - and have gradually accumulated at what I'd call absurdly low prices as well. No need to preach to the choir bud.
Revenue is a factor, and until you've got guaranteed revenue its riskier than need-be investment. So yeah when you're asking why the market hasn't clicked onto it - it is pretty straight forward - the market wants proven revenue streams.
