solarfeen: NOBODY, repeat, nobody does know when SHELL will make the announcement. BUT, persons on this board have made some GUESStimates about possible timings. Most posters seemingly came to a kind of "consensus" that mid-July would be about the correct timing.
To me, personally, it is likely to be mid-July or second half of July.
I do not see what the hurry / big issue is about this in the first place?? I have been waiting for YEARS, so what do a few more days mean in the context (except for traders, of course). All JIMHO.
