News travels fast & insider trading carries tough penalties. The company in the past has a good record of fast announcements so I assume this will be no different.
For what its worth I was watching HDR SP when they hit oil. Prior to the HDR trading halt & announcement there was a sell off as Nervous Nellie’s & day traders got out. When it re-opened the rest is history.
