No your not paranoid. Its actually Credit Suisse accumulating. I have been tracking this broker. They are accumulating IVZ by the truck load and consolidating a position. They are known P&D once they have a position. They played a huge part in our last pump post +23 cents. Very bullish sign. This will rocket on Seismic. Imho.
