This takeover in my honest opinion is not in the best interest of Citigold shareholders.

With so many shares outstanding post takeover my only worry is that they will spring a one for ten reconstruction on the poor old unsuspecting shareholders. This may have the effect of boosting dividends (if and when they ever get around to making such a payment) but whether the share price will hold at the adjusted price, is in the lap of the gods. On todays closing price and assuming that they do what I fear, the new shares would have a theoretical value of $1-70. A mighty lot to ask.

Have always had in mind getting back into this stock someday, but this latest news has given me much to think about.
