why should I have to defend my interests that property is grossly overvalued here in this fair land????? I am sticking up for all of those young ones coming through who want to pay a decent price for what is a basic necessity...housing. Its not an investment to most, its a place to live...its in societies interests that we keep the necessities of life as LOW in price in possible..after all, we don't cheer when the cost of fuel or bread goes up, do we????
