Now now farma, your starting to show your true colours arn`t you. Or is it the fact your so called investment properties have actually gone down in value because you bought at the wrong time, lol.
This is the main point that i think nickleesson2 is trying to teach you, that at times property will go down, not just up in value!!!!!!
