geez, doesn't that depend on the stack on the sell-side, that is how a moon-shot is formed. Any equities under consideration to be sold to fund the options conversion will be affected by the lack of 12 months duration since the Oct-20 run up. if they choose from a tax efficiency perspective to fund from elsewhere, and there is time to do so, then I wouldn't underestimate the possible of solid price action on Wednesday.
