Most ASX releases have a 'get out of jail free clause'. Along the lines of forward looking, may not eventuate etc. Basically we can release utter BS and should anyone take us to task over it we just point to the disclaimer.
If regulatory authorities did their job CTO would just be a sour taste left in shareholders mouths. There's quite a few out there that need intense scrutiny but the regulators are as lazy as ..........( insert your favourite derogatory descriptor).
And for Mr Lynch the gravy train just rolls on.
