Agree kellbys - IMHO the biggest concern I have is the energy required to extract the hydrogen from desalinated water. I hope the feasibility study provides strong insights into the energy demands from the proposed solar / wind farms.....when a nuke power source could work but we probably don't want it in our backyard...er, hang on, Lucas Heights has um....never mind!
