Well ADOs reported LoD is 2.81 * 10^5 genome copies / ml. That paper was looking for 1.0 * 10^5 genome copies / ml - expecting 90% success rate at that limit. [It continues to be misleading that ADO still misreports their LoD by not fixing "105" which is clearly 10^5 - scientific notation]
So not all good news. I'm still waiting for test results run on the ADO kit from one of the big regulators. Or otherwise ADO could provide some more evidence behind their claim to be top 5. Based on what? The various data I've seen does suggest the claim is at least near to the mark.
