If Alcoa ( for example ) were to buy out TSV's 10% for say, 6c a share, would any TSV options then become null and void? What happens to them?
If this is the case, why not convert the options to ensure you have as many shares to sell at 6c as possible?
Only a theory peoples, I'm not savy with how options work in a buyout / takeover / merger etc situation.
