it really doesn't matter if you agree or disagree as most of us who post here don't have a particular barrow to push.
our posts are based on our individual research and is posted here to share with our fellow posters. most of us spend a lot of time and effort in researching/studying the market and we do it for nothing....thus, criticising efforts of others is just poor form in my opinion.
what you or anyone choose to do after reading opinions of others on hotcopper is, hopefully, conduct your own analysis and research ....and then make your own decision.
