My belief (and word on the street) is a major reason to do a capital raising would be to prevent a low-ball takeover offer after lab results. Other shareholders, who may or may not be in the Top20 are interested in a takeover
Also by looking at the broker data over the last week, a lot of the buying has come from Hong Kong
