It was always a calculated gamble to bid for tract 29, but after all it abuts our existing state leases so would we have wanted anyone else but Regenerate (88E) to have the rights?
Plus of course the republicans may have won the election.
Right to point out the Willow development in the NPRA, certain that COP will have been given assurances as to future of the National Petroleum Reserve.
Federal leases are those in question here, administered by the Bureau of Land Management
