The founder / seed funder shares were issued at $0.02439 or 94% less than price offered to public 2 months later. That's some pretty impressive, lightning fast derisking.

Our good friend David Mac has 3,225,000 seed shares. It will be interesting to see if he looks to "rebalance his portfolio" once they can be sold in early July.

Waiting to after decision from FDA before buying. Happy to pay a little more knowing the path is clear ahead with no more raises.
Till then, you are literally betting on a FDA decision, cause mark my words if they say 2 trials, this will be 40 cents. all IMO
