I think Delphi/Wilhelm Zours' strategy is pretty clear: buy "strategic" stakes in emerging tech materials companies in undervalued markets like Australia, wait a few years, then pass it on to major investors in the central powers when their value is better understood. For the savvy European investor there's potential arbitrage to be earned by entering the Antipodean markets as it's cheap, risk averse, and somewhat backwards down here.
