Agreed mate, didnt mean to ramp. I also agree the acquisition was very unnecessary in terms of dilution and the amount paid. Hence why Im waiting for them to flush through, but I do believe this will be a goer in the future. There business model although they have alot of competition is pretty sticky, they are growing year on year, CF+, net profits, yes a little bit of fine tuning is required, but if they can continue there growth without the need of issuance of shares and dilution I believe the rest is history.
I think there will be another raise just for general works, but believe this raise should set them up for the year going forward.
Big fan of Samal, he has put his money where his mouth is, lets see if he can pull it off!
In terms of technical analysis, charting I usually only buy at bases or where I believe is a good area. I think this area between 42-45 cents is a good entry point and the chart says so. Fundamentals and Technicals combined is my method.
I wish you good luck, and thanks for the feedback
