Yes, Melinvest, that makes it clear the 20,000 shares were sold for a compelling personal reason - the possibilities are endless - and reflects zero about inside caution warnings which, if circulating, would be apparent in actions far more telling that this singular and small (relative to his total shares) cash-in.
