If the authorities have provided us with drilling permits then there is an obligation by the authorities to allow drilling to commence. I would assume a bandaid type permit was passed until local water permits are given. The other possibility is private water was sourced.
I do like the image of some cores, seeing evidence of veining is very positive. General alteration from what I can see which a positive early on. hopefully this bodes well going forward.
