David King was the founding director of Eastern Star Gas, now a $800M+ gas company. Maria has a Bio-tech background and was an advisor with Allen & Buckeridge. I have attended one of their presentations and they both present extraordinarily well, they appear honest and competent, more than I can say than for a number of small cap mining companies I have had exposure to.
King and Halasz have successfully tidied up the balance sheet of this company convincing the convertible note holders and other creditors to accept equity, something that I consider to be a true sign of faith in the Company's prospects.
Its one of my mantras to follow credible successful management and avoid the shonky ones, these are not shonky in any way shape or form.
With respect to tomorrow's announcement, if it is a capital raising that would not surprise me, what does surprise me is the selling by the University of Sydney.
