If true, does anyone else think it’s a disgrace that Yacov can sell down presumably at the IPO price at the IPO date. While us other long term shareholders have to wait another 12 months.
Overall I think it’s great Yacov is selling down and in turn will reduce his control over the company and open it up to potential change.
But fairs fair. They should give every shareholder the opportunity to reduce there holding as part of the IPO. Could be down via a tender etc
