I guess the Indian refinery project is dead. Anything else would surprise me....
30m for the off take rights seems a good price though. Management is very opportunistic.
I don't expect a dividend. In some late presentations from Chris the topic of funding for the Primobius and Vanadium projects came up. He did not rule out the need for a cap raise. So this 30m should stay in the bank for now.
