Right-Mouse Click on your Hubb Investor icon located on your Desktop and select the Properties Option. A new window will appear with certain settings. Please click on the COMPATIBILITY tab located on the top. Now in the Compatibility section please tick the following. Run This Program in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP Service Pack 2 and on the bottom where is specifies to Run This Program as an Administrator. Once these two sections have been ticked click on the APPLY button and then the OK button on the left.
The try again, seems it is not compatible with Vista :)
