I disagree, I think Nigel is the right person for the role and nipping the TGA in the bud proves it, Daniel Kenny just would have let that drag out until we received a NO from TGA, Nigel has been proactive and rather waste the teams time on a population base of 26 million, he has shifted their focus to Europe 746 million population and Hong Kong (incorporating China over 1.4 billion).
Don't forget the team in Europe is still physically unable to get into the hospitals due to covid.
The graph below is 9 years old granted but it does give an understanding of the rates of Pancreatic Cancer around the world (taken from World Journal of Gastroenterology https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4499341/ ) . If you use 2% as an uptake of the total number suffering Pancreatic Cancer from China, Europe region and UK that is over 3,700 devices, which would be a good start.
