I think you have not considered the congestion effect on the practicality of electric cars. what are you going to do with all the people?
Kick them out, mass deportations?
And what if they are Aussie citizens and have nowhere else to go?
Mass emigration? people would need to factor in hours of charging and there would not be enough charging stations.
the electric car argument is a bit extremist and the anarchy suggested by your argument is a bit of a magic acorn argument.
too many acorns in Australia for electric cars to ever work.
one acorn has fallen out of its tree a bit too hard.it is a bit extremist.
The electric cars would have to be significantly taxed with an electric car sales tax say at about 30% -50% of purchase price and then an ongoing annual registration fee for the electric car to be driven. Is it a white elephant or a pink panther?
You know those links used to be books and you would borrow them from the school depository/ library in the fiction section, remember that?
I used to like fantasy fiction books and films like Star Wars, Star Trek and so on?
Perhaps spaceships will become available globally soon?
They could make the Development of electric cars an antique Concorde like fantasy?
Like those Hindenberg cars otherwise known as driverless cars?
More Hindenberg disasters waiting to happen.
Electric cars should be taxed as a luxury item, perhaps 30-50% sales tax and an ongoing annual charge of about 25% of purchase price each year they are registered for on road use.
like luxury artworks?
