Ann: Initial Director's Interest Notice, page-2

As a long term holder I am very interested in board composition of the companies I invest in and GRR's has been an active watch for sometime. On that front and IMO this latest director appointment is a very curious one and I am Interested in others views.
All I know is what I read and unearth through searching online (so happy to hear further). This individual has no obvious relevant experience in iron ore, magnetite or bulk commodities generally and seems to be more of an underground guy or base metals. That isn't what Grange is.
On that front, back ground in more senior roles (as COO) includes Unity Mining (which included the Bendigo gold mine where 100's of millions of shareholders value was wiped away in a very poorly executed underground plan). That company became very unhinged in the end and was given away for pennies in the dollar to a private contractor. Director current appointment doesn't inspire much on the operational front either - several years ago Black mountain metals bought the old Lanfranchi (?) mine from Panoramic and its been in C&M ever since. There appears to be no working asset and the company seems to take stakes in a few very small non producers (e.g. Poseidon Nickel) and then embeds one of their directors on the board. The director association with Grange has certainly left me worried as to what happens next. Yet another director with no skin in the game. Time will tell. The big risk to GRR IMHO is a poorly executed foray into underground mining so will be listening and reviewing carefully as that unfolds. Just my views..
