The more i look at that 1.7 dump i see it was likely an organized effort probably selling into themselves for tax purposes.
Chi-x went through a big dump into 1.7 at the exact same time, the buyers weren't even on Chi-x 10 minutes before the dump, sell into their opposite accounts ready for the next run on profits post Tax season.
